All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, United Kingdom, and Asia. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in other countries; additional shipping charges may apply.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-3 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays/Sundays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

7. Tracking Options
We provide tracking for every order. You will receive a link to track your order when your order is shipped.
8. International Shipping Policies
For our international customers, please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Moreover, you might be responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
9. Missing or Lost Package
There are times when packages are marked delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
If you do not receive your order within 5 days of its original estimated arrival date, let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
10. Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 1 business day before your order is shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
