Standard Returns – You’ve Got 14 Days
Not loving what you got? No worries. You’ve got 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Start your return via our Contact Page. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

🚨 Damaged or Wrong Items?
Check your gear as soon as it arrives. If something’s off — damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered — let us know right away. We’ll make it right.

- Custom hats (after 24 hours — see below)

🔄 Exchanges
Want something else instead? Return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
🇪🇺 EU Customers — You’ve Got Options
If your order ships to the EU, you're covered by a 14-day cooling-off period. Cancel for any reason within 14 days — no explanation needed.
🎨 Custom Hat Cancellation Policy
Each custom hat is made just for you. That’s why we don’t accept returns or exchanges — but we offer a 24-hour cancellation window.
Need to cancel or tweak your order? Email us at returns@itjustdoesntstop.shop within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, your design is locked and production begins — no changes or cancellations can be made.
💳 Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is inspected. If approved, you’ll get a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
